Unlike traditional brake boosters that rely on engine vacuum, the HydroBoost Hydraulic Brake Assist System operates independently, making it highly versatile and suitable for a wide range of vehicles where engine vacuum may be limited or inconsistent. The system consists of a high performance, hydraulic brake assist unit that runs off your power steering pump in conjunction with your power steering box or rack. The unit is mounted in place of your existing booster on the firewall or chassis.

The ARC Performance HydroBoost Hydraulic Brake Assist System is suited to a four wheel disc vehicle. This unit puts out an amazing 1800psi of brake pressure at the wheels, giving you up to 80% greater brake clamping force than regular vacuum assisted brakes. The system does not include master cylinder to proportioning valve lines, which will need to be fabricated, but flare nuts are included.
